On Sunday, March 25th, Pitzer alumna Katie Ferrara covered Aimee Mann's "Save Me" at KSPC's "5-C Invasion" in-store series at Rhino Records in the Claremont Village.

Katie Ferrara - Katie Ferrara is a folk-pop singer-songwriter from Los Angeles, California. Her influences include artists such as Joni Mitchell, Fiona Apple, Ingrid Michaelson, and Meiko. As a student at Pitzer College, she played in venues such as the Universal Bar and Grill and The Old Towne Pub while making regular appearances at the CK Café in Claremont. In 2010, Katie left the country to live in London, England. During her stay, she became Featured Artist at Soho's Spice of Life Cafe and recorded her original music with producer Jonathan Guillaumat. She has released her first EP "When Love's Not Around" in December 2011.
