Konkani Keema Curry Recipe | Minced Mutton Curry | Minced Meat Curry | Mutton Keema Curry Konkani Style

Ingredients:

500 grams minced mutton (keema)
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
400 grams onion (about 4 medium onions), finely chopped, divided use
3 teaspoons ginger paste
2 teaspoons garlic paste

2½ tablespoons ghee
1 piece cinnamon, about 2-inches in length
4 green cardamom pods, crushed with the flat of a knife
3 cloves (laung)
1 black cardamom pod (badi elaichi)
5 black peppercorns
40 curry leaves
½ cup coriander leaves, chopped
1¾ teaspoons salt or to taste
200 grams potato, peeled, each potato halved, then each half cut into quarters
¾ cup thin coconut milk (2nd press)
1 cup thick coconut milk (1st press)
2½ teaspoons lime juice
