[Blender] Low Poly, manual IVY creation - Beginner Friendly, Simple tutorial Blender 3.2 - 2022

Hello folks. 😊✌️ On Twitter someone asked about a simple, beginner friendly tutorial on how to make vines and leaves, so I made a quick one.
This is not the only method, nor it is perfect, but should be a good starting point and shows end-to-end more or less of something that I think looks cool.

This is made in Blender 3.2

There are some additional nuances of this, the vine can be optimized for example, to make it even more low poly. There are methods, especially with geometry nodes that will attach the leaves to the vine automatically but those are not really beginner friendly methods I think.
