Pneumatic Roller CNC Hold Down on Phantom CNC Systems

Having trouble with CNC hold down? Phantom CNC Systems have a proprietary CNC hold down option with our Pneumatic Rollers. These rollers are made of compressed urethane and rubber to provide a good hold down option with a soft touch on your cutting material. The rollers are mounted with the gantry and roll over your work material with the table movement to provide a consistent hold down. Never worry about Z height issues with warped plywood and always make a solid connection between spoilboard and cutting material. These rollers are great for materials that can not be held down with a vacuum table. Rollers are intended with sheet good cutting and not designed for all CNC hold down applications. Phantoms pneumatic rollers come standard on all our series machines.
