A story of how the TechOps and Security teams at Monzo worked together to bring a tailored Zero Trust Access solution to Monzo using a blend of In House, Vendor and Open Source software – bringing both improvements to Security, User Experience, but also reducing some of our largest support drivers.

Erik Bille & Liam Nicholson cover how they seamlessly rolled out the new experience, including onboarding new vendors, such as Jamf, building automated device enrolment flows and encouraged Monzonauts to solve Security and Technical issues themselves by using OSQuery. Not only bringing improvements to our Security posture, reducing support drivers such as VPN and Password resets, whilst further enhancing Monzo’s remote friendly culture.
