Hyliion SHLL Stock. MERGER HOW MARKET CAP CHANGES AFTER THE MERGER ? Calculations

As you know, Hyliion will merge with Tortoise Acquisition (NYSE:SHLL)  on September 28th 2020, and will be named Hyliion Holdings. It will still be on the NYSE but under the new ticker symbol HYLN. One of the main factors when I decided to buy or sell shll stock was the hyln market cap of the company. So I can compare it to its direct rival NIKOLA and this should give me a good indication at least if the current price is overvalued or not. But as a newbie I did not know how shll market cap changes after the merger. Will there be new shares issued or the shll market cap stays the same. Because if it stays the same it is only a small fraction of direct rival’s nkla market cap NIKOLA. Shll vs nkla market cap. Or to be more specific NKLA is $18b in market cap when shll market cap is only $1.5b. So 12 times less!
And this my friend looks like a great opportunity! But it is not that easy. 
So will shll market cap change after the merger and how? Let’s answer that question right now!
So what market cap after merger will be? Should i buy shll or is shll a buy or what is shll price target?
