The Inlet Air Handling Unit features elements such as the Primary and Medium Filters, Dehumidifier, Hot and Cold Wind Gate Valves, Steam Heater, and HEPA Filter. The Fluid Bed Dryer itself consists of four chambers: Bottom Wind Inlet, Product Chamber, Spread Chamber, and Top Filtering Chamber.

The drying process involves introducing moist solid particles into the product chamber, followed by the circulation of hot, high-pressure air through a perforated bed. This airflow suspends particles, enabling effective drying. Filtering chambers and bags ensure a thorough process, with the option for gas recycling to conserve energy.
