Hey everyone, and welcome to Pretty Amazing Places! We're a family of three – a lawyer and financial whiz couple in our late 40s, and our adventurous 12-year-old daughter.

Calling all adventure seekers! ️ This trip, we ditch the 5-star luxury for an adrenaline-pumping 3 days on Maafushi, a local Maldivian island. It was a total departure from our comfort zone (7th time in the Maldives, but always at resorts!), but WOW, was it worth it!
