Caribbean style Boiled corn in a rich coconut sauce | full recipe

ingredients:
6 corn on the Cobb
4 cups coconut milk
4 tbsp golden ray butter
4 tbsp any butter of choice
1/3 cup finley minced onions
1/3 cup finley minced bell peppers
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup Chopped scallions
4 wiri wrir peppers
few stalks òf thyme
2 tsp mushroom seasoning
1 tsp bouillon
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

if you can't find golden ray butter use Kerri gold. If you use Kerri gold don't use 2 types just use 8 tbsp of that alone.
