Hey angels, welcome back! I am so glad it's finally autumn, which means I absolutely needed to make a fall themed build! It features some basic items from the new update, but feel free to use whatever you'd like! This build has more smaller bedrooms than I usually make, but it honestly seems so cozy and nice to me.

💞House Details:
PRICE: $371,487 (371k)
(This price will vary depending on how much you delete, add, or change)

-1 spacious kitchen w/ pantry

-4 bedrooms (includes1 master bedrooms, 2 rooms with single beds, and 1 nursery)

-some sitting areas around the house

-1 garage with 2 entrances (can fit 2 cars more or less)
-the house has a total of 2 floors.
(suitable for up to 4-5 people)

custom colors from the color wheel, but can be opted out if you can find similar default colors in Bloxburg already!
(only small plot, no large plot)

I recommend making them presets in your color wheel beforehand

120 110 90 - yellowish brown - (ex. beams, stools, dining table)
67 57 49 - darker brown -(ex. floors)
120 111 101 - grayish brown - (ex. shelfs, wooden wall inserts)
53 56 60 - dark blue (ex. armchairs)
227 223 210 - cream (ex. curtains, dining chairs, bedding)
