好像不少人對墨爾本的西區有興趣, 這次去了西區裡面相對來說比較多華人的Point Cook. 想不到那裡挺適合家庭居住的. 不但環境很天然, 而且有很多中小學和幼稚園, 而且面積都超級大!! 區內的設施完全自給自足; 公園, 球場, 商場等一應俱全. 650k AUD就能買到house! 治安怎麼樣? 請看片吧!

Lots of people are interested in the suburbs in the west of Melbourne. So, this time, I went to Point Cook, which is a suburb in the west with comparatively more Chinese. That suburb is pretty suitable for families as it has so many schools. Those schools are huge as well! The facilities in the suburb are self-sufficient. It has parks, sports fields, shopping centres, etc. 600k AUD for a house! Then, how about the crime rates? Check it out in the video!
