School children sue US government over climate change

America could be held responsible for being one of the world's biggest polluters as a group of children and young adults try to sue the government.

A group of 21 young people launched the case four years ago and both the Obama and Trump administrations failed to throw it out.

Now the appeals court will decide if the case goes to trial.
