Pseudo-stereo mode in FPGASID allows placing of each voice to either 100% left, 100% right, or center - you play with the muting to determine what is where. This upload has Dolby processing applied instead of Brainworx.

Made using hardware emulated audio via FPGASID fw 0.A running in C64 Reloaded MK2.
