Protective Pads Urshifu IGNORES Rocky Helmet! | Competitive Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Reg D VGC Battles

In this video, I'll be doing more competitive Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Regulation D VGC double battles featuring a Protective Pads Rapid Strike Urshifu! With Urshifu everywhere on the ladder, a lot of people are putting Rocky Helmet on Pokemon to get good chip damage to it, but if you're using Urshifu, you aren't a big fan of this! Thankfully, there are two ways to ignore the Rocky Helmet, and that's with Protective Pads and Punching Glove! Unfortunately, with Punching Glove, while you get a boost to the power of punching moves, it won't allow you to hit through protect, however, with Protective Pads, you don't get the boost, but you can still take advantage of Unseen Fist! With the team of Tornadus, Chien-Pao, Dragonite, Kleavor, and Regieleki, Protective Pads Rapid Strike Urshifu ignores the Rocky Helmet in Regulation D!
