Fallout 4, But I Only Have 20 Minutes To Prepare

Fallout 4's hardest difficulty, known as survival, is one of the more difficult ways of playing any Fallout game without mods. It adds a ton of new features, like hunger, thirst and the need to sleep - whilst also delivering a surprisingly difficult combat experience.

And Today, we'll be trying to beat the entirity of Fallout 4 with just 20 minutes to prepare my character. After the 20 minute mark, I'm no longer allowed to loot any bodies, items, weapons, ammo, armor or medication. Is it possible to beat the game this way? Lets find out.
