1 1/2 lbs wild coho salmon fillet( sliced into 2 inches)
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of smoke paprika
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
** You can add more salt if needed
For The Salsa:
1-2 corn off cob ( Cleaned and cooked )
1 cup of fresh roma diced tomatoes
1 ripe medium avocado, diced
1/4 cup of red onion , Dice very small
1 lime fresh juice
Salt and pepper , to taste
NOTE:
cook the corn a head before making the salsa
