YELLOW LILY PAINTING TUTORIAL

Описание к видео YELLOW LILY PAINTING TUTORIAL

How to paint flowers with yellow watercolour can be tricky. If you are struggling with yellow watercolour, then try this! I will show you how to paint this bright yellow lily with ease, in this full-length video tutorial.

I will provide you with a free trace down line drawing and reference photograph to work from - which you will find in our Facebook Group (details at the bottom of the description) so that you can paint along with me, and I will show you that botanical art need not be difficult.

For this tutorial I used a rough surface watercolour paper - I had quite a bit in my paper stash and want to use it up - also - I really love working with this texture - particularly when adding many layers as it takes the paint well. But as I always say 'use what you have'.

We will work wet in wet and wet in dry and cover things like colour glazing and blending so that you can achieve a watercolour painting to be proud of. My 'learn as you paint' approach has helped many people gain confidence with their painting - so grab yourself a brush and let's go!
