In this video I teardown the KZ550 fuel/carburetor system and give some tips for working on these bikes that I've picked up over the years.

I make accompanying forum posts on the KZriders forum, and I'll link my forum project page below. In the next forum post, I'll give my parts list and reasoning behind the components. In my next video, I'll go over my design process and the custom components I've had to design an how I've chosen to manufacture them with my limited resources.
