ANCIENT NALANDA UNIVERSITY | The University that Burnt for 6 Months | Bihar Travel Vlog Part 5

This time we go to the world famous Ancient University of Nalanda, as per the legends this university burnt for 6 months continuously due to the sheer fact that it had more than 9 million books and other literally works. These literary manuscripts had years of wisdom in the fields of arts, medicine, mathematics, vedas, science, astronomy, politics & art of war.

Just before this world heritage centre is a memorial hall dedicated to the Chinese monk whose scripts enabled us to rediscover this great university.
