The skip on Nightborne Phantom involves breaking all parts right as you hit the phase threshold. Unless you're a whale you most likely wont be skipping P1 but anyone can skip P2 with lucky rng using a combo of agave Ult+Es.

-A 100% consistent phase skip has been found using a freeze, normally wild hunt with alloy + Agave. All you need to do is use wild hunt support/freeze as your Agave's E shot is mid air and about to land on the boss and deal enough damage to hit the phase threshold.
