Air Fryer Oven recipe below:
Ingredients
• 200g Tenderloin Beef
• 100g Fennel Bulbs
• 100g of Mixed Bell Peppers
• 100g Oyster Mushrooms
• 1 tsp. Paprika
• 20ml Garlic Infused Olive Oil
• Grate Orange Peel
• Sea Salt
• Pepper

For Plating:
• Pita Bread
• Shishito Peppers
• Fennel & Orange Salad
• Hummus

Cooking Instructions:
1. In a large bowl mix the tenderloin beef with the garlic infused olive oil, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste; grate the peel of an orange on top, and mix it in.
2. Build you kebabs, first the fennel, then a chunk of beef, bell peppers, another chunk of beef, more bell peppers, more fennels, one more chunk of beef, and finish with oyster mushrooms.
3 Alternate, or build your own!

Build your Skewer Rotisserie with the Beef Kebabs following the instructions of your manual.
1. Introduce the Kebabs into the Yedi Air Fyer Oven and set it up to “Steak” at
400F for 12 minutes; don’t forget to turn on the Rotisserie function!
2. Plate your Kebabs with a side of Fennel & Orange Salad, Shishito Peppers, Pita Bread, and a scoop of Hummus. Enjoy!
