1 tbsp Crushed fennel seeds
1-2 crushed green chilies
4 Crushed garlic cloves

Salt
For blending:
2 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Cooking oil
4 cardamoms
5 Cloves
2 Small pieces of cinnamon
1 Chopped onion
4 Garlic cloves
1 Small piece of Ginger
8-10 Cashews
1 c Coconut
1 Anise
1-2 Mace
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/4 c Water
Final Sautéing:
1 Chopped onion
4 Grated garlic cloves
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp Chopped mint
1 tsp Crushed Kasoori Methi
1 tsp Ghee
