In this episode, I interview entrepreneur, author and breathwork wonderkind @sandyabrams, who published a book “Breathe to Succeed” last year, aimed at busy people (who can relate?!) to learn to breathe mindfully IRL, not just in classroom settings. “Breath and positive mindset bring you into the present moment to work from a place of clarity and connection” to avoid living and working from autopilot. Sandy shares her journey of entrepreneurship, what led her to realize the world needed to learn how to microdose their breathwork in order to “breathe their goals to life” and avoid stress and burnout. She leads me through a few breathwork techniques that you can do on your own in the middle of your busy day! There is no need to carve out large blocks of time, this can be done “at the speed of business.” All have an amazing calming effect on the mind and nervous system and allow you to better connect with yourself, with others and to better create calm from the chaos of everyday life.
