In this video, we’re going to take you on a tour of Seven Hills, one of Henderson’s premier neighborhoods that offers the best of Nevada living. From amazing community parks to a gorgeous golf course, this place has something for everyone to enjoy.

Seven Hills is an amazing community with plenty of green space. Here you can find nine amazing community parks on about 150 acres, each with amazing amenities. You can enjoy basketball courts, tennis courts, soccer fields, playgrounds for the kids, and picnic and barbecue areas. The parks also have 8.5 miles of community walking trails, a great option if you like to spend time outdoors.

Another feature of Seven Hills is the connector tunnel, connecting one of the biggest parks into the other side of the community. This makes it so you don't have to even cross the street, providing a safe option for bike or foot travel.

Another great feature of Seven Hills is the signature Rio Secco Golf Course, designed by the one and only Reese Jones. Many of the community’s beautiful custom homes overlook the 18-hole par 72 course, as it lies right in the heart of Seven Hills. While it may be hard to believe, the Rio Secco Golf Course is open to the public.
