Written Instructions
1 is the giver 2 is receiving the car
1. 1 modifies the car but does not put a tracker/insurance on it then exits LSC
2. 2 enters the passenger seat
3. 1 drives the car and stops on top of a mission beacon
4. 2 gets out of car and informs 1 when he/she is on the Join/Host screen
5. 1 gets out of car then informs 2 when he/she is on the Join/Host screen
6. 1 and 2 quit/exit the Join/Host screen and the car should spawn near by the beacon
7. 2 drives the car to LSC and puts a tracker/insurance on it (or sells it)
note 1 both 1 and 2 must not have any personal vehicles on the map while doing this glitch
note 2 it is best to do it on a beacon which is next to a road
note 3 this is only tested and working on xbox at the moment... confirmed working on ps3 in the comments
note 4 this does not bypass the 45 minute sell period, 2 can only sell the car every 45 minutes
