RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 head of butter lettuce, romaine, or iceberg for cups
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet (or 2 tbsp) low-sodium taco seasoning
1/4 cup water

Toppings: Diced tomato, sliced avocado, plain Greek yogurt, cilantro, jalapeño, lime wedges

Instructions:
Sauté the diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until it's no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain any excess liquid from the pan. Stir in the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Carefully separate your lettuce leaves to create "cups."
