-1/4 cup water

For the curry:

-2 tsp oil
-Prepared paste
-1 tbsp red thai curry paste (optional)
-2 packets maggi masala
-1/2 cup water
-2 cups coconut milk
-1/2 cup baby corn
-1/2 cup carrots
-1/2 broccoli
-Salt to taste
-2 tsp soy sauce
-2 tsp sugar
-2 maggi noodle cubes

For garnish:

-Fried onions
-Fried garlic
-Chilli oil
-Spring onions
-Peanuts
-Lime wedge
-Fried noodles
