This is the most requested stock analysis from my community! Bhai log, there’s so much craze for KPIT Technologies that my subscribers just flooded every video with requests for its analysis. That’s why this video is specially structured with your help and suggestions.

Last week, I asked everyone what they actually want to know about KPIT Tech – and every single point in this 10-point analysis is based on your comments and ideas! Just remember, I’m only providing an analysis here – buy or sell decisions are totally up to you. This isn’t investment advice, my friends.

This is everything that I cover in the video:

🚗 Business Model – KPIT Tech is all about software engineering for cars: think touch screens, safety, entertainment, ADAS (autonomous driving), cloud features, and their own VehicleOS.

⚠️ Sector Risks & Challenges – The company is 100% dependent on the auto sector, but because of long-term contracts and R&D-based revenue, it’s not directly affected by auto sales. Overdependency is a risk, but auto slowdown impact is indirect – not immediate like in other auto ancillary stocks. This section covers the latest news about KPIT Tech which is bothering investors.

🚀 Future Growth Prospects – Management expects short-term headwinds (tariffs, etc.), but strong growth by FY26. Expansion in India, China, and the US, plus off-highway vehicles, add to the growth story.

💹 Valuation & PE Ratio – Stock doesn’t seem overvalued right now: there’s consistent 40%+ profit growth and 20%+ sales growth. Overvaluation risk comes only if growth suddenly slows – which signals aren’t showing right now.

🆚 Tata Elxsi vs KPIT – Tata Elxsi is diversified, KPIT is pure auto software. Tata Elxsi has a higher PE but flat growth, while KPIT has stronger growth at a lower PE. You can decide which seems fairly valued!

💸 Financial Health – Debt to equity is super low (0.12), interest coverage is 27+, AA stable credit rating, and there’s a healthy FII/DII holding. Absolutely clean balance sheet.

📉 Technical Analysis – Since October 24, the downtrend ended. Now, stock may consolidate or move up – chances of going down are quite low. RSI is neutral, and MACD is a bit inconclusive.

✨ Golden Cross – 50 DMA and 200 DMA crossover is almost here – can be a strong bullish signal. Last two golden crosses led to big upward moves, so just wait!

🔥 Analyst Ratings – Most analysts are highly positive: JPMorgan, Nirmal Bang, PL Capital have all given a buy call. More than 50% analysts call it a strong buy with a 10% average target!

💰 Dividend History – Consistent 30% payout and 0.67% yield for seven years straight. Maintains both growth and dividends – perfect for a retirement portfolio!

🕵️ Myth Buster – KPIT Tech has no connection with KP Group (KPI Green, KP Energy). These are totally separate companies!
