The Goal Update Strategy That Unlocks Massive Value for High-Achieving Clients

Some of my most successful clients STRUGGLE with getting the most VALUE from coaching. They've already accomplished everything they set out to do when they first signed up for coaching with me. So what do I do to turn that around? A GOAL UPDATE.
"You've come a long way. You've outgrown some of those goals. Let's do a quick goal update."
And there's three things I want to do during that update.
I want to, first of all, review their PAST GOALS, and see what they've accomplished, and what they haven't accomplished.
Second, any goals that are still valid, or areas that they care about... we want to UPDATE those goals for the present situation they're in, and the FUTURE they really desire to create.
And finally, third, I'm going to work with them to add NEW GOALS that they haven't even thought about before (because maybe they weren't in a position to even IMAGINE or dream about those goals). Now that they're at a HIGHER LEVEL, they can set those goals, and we're going to add those to their list of goals. This totally lights up a client. It refreshes them, gets them hungry for the future, and, also, reminds them of how far they've come and what they've accomplished in coaching with you.
