1. Ardha Siddhasana (Seated Pose)
2. Parivrtta Ardha Siddhasana (Seated Twist for digestion)
3. Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold - yoga for digestion and flexibility)
4. Bitilasana and Marjaryasana (Cat Cow Pose - yoga for spine health)
5. Salamba Bhujangasana (Gentle Cobra - back strengthening)
