VPSA/PSA Oxygen Generation Technology Principle & Processing Steps-PKU PIONEER

Описание к видео VPSA/PSA Oxygen Generation Technology Principle & Processing Steps-PKU PIONEER

In VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generating process adopting radial adsorber, air enters from the bottom of the adsorption vessel and crosses the adsorbent bed along from the vessel wall in radial flow. The oxygen is enriched in the middle of the adsorber and then stream into the buffer tank for the end use.
The technical principle of VPSA/PSA oxygen generation technology is that when air passes through the adsorbent bed under pressure, nitrogen is adsorbed by the molecular sieve while oxygen is enriched and flows out of the bed, thereby separating oxygen from the air. When the molecular sieve is nearly saturated, the ventilation is stopped and a vacuum pump is used to lower the pressure of the adsorbent bed, as a result, the nitrogen molecules adsorbed by the molecular sieve can be desorbed and the molecular sieve is regenerated. The two adsorbent beds switch in turn to ensure constant generation.
PKU Pioneer has provided oxygen units for more than 300 worldwide customers in industrial fields such as blast furnace oxygen-enriched combustion, electric furnace steelmaking, nonferrous metallurgy, glass furnace combustion, ozone wastewater treatment, pulp bleaching, hazardous waste treatment and other industries.
