Sega Saturn Composite vs RGB vs OSSC

In an effort to get all my older consoles using better quality video cables, I've finally managed to get an RGB SCART for the Sega Saturn. They had been sold out for a while but recently come back in stock.

RGB over SCART gives your consoles a superior picture quality over composite, but not all RGB cables are created equal. So what will the picture be like for the Saturn?
