This week we’ve got a table full of Reds joining us for dinner. Trevor Bauer kicks things off by asking everyone their biggest misconceptions about being a pro. Reds Director of Pitching, Caleb Cotham, offers the opposing perspective and notes how far technology has come in baseball. Reds P Michael Lorenzen talks about how he was able to improve by reverse engineering his pitches. Driveline Founder, Kyle Boddy, is the man behind the new wave analytical approach to baseball, and while he offers his insight on technology he also tells a few stories about the crazy things that have happened with players at his gym over the years.
