Here I show a step by step of how I form the lenses for my 206s/sp project to flow with the body profile. They are made of 3mm thick acrylic.

-The molds, or forms to do this are made of fiberglass. Before cutting out the hole for the headlight area from the bodywork, I took a mold of the area for both sides so I would have a matching profile for these eventual lenses that need to flow with the body profile. Taking the mold from the body gave me the negative form, and I then again took another mold from the negative to create a mating positive. This way I could sandwich the acrylic between the two mating halves.
