Archival footage shot by an amateur filmmaker while travelling North America in the summer of 1965.

It contains stock footage of Montreal, Canada:

00:06: Sun Life Building;
00:16: Mary, Queen of the World Cathedral;
00:24: Chateau Champlain Hotel under construction, with marquee of the Laurentien Hotel on the right (demolished 1977);
00:37: Dominion Square Building - this, the Sun Life Building, and the CIBC tower ringed Dominion Square which was renamed Dorchester Square at the same time Dorchester Blvd was renamed in honor of Rene Levesque;
00:42: Queen Elizabeth Hotel. Four years after the footage was shot, John Lennon and Yoko Hono would have a Bed-In here;
02:14: Canadian Pacific Railway's Windsor Station - directly across from the Chateau Champlain construction which they also owned;
02:53: Looking down from the CIBC Tower observation area;
03:37: Montreal Stock Exchange tower;
03:48: Jacques Cartier Bridge ("Harbour Bridge" when built). Allows access to Ile Sainte-Helene where Expo 67 would be held a couple of years after this film, and the location of the fort where the next few scenes take place.
