Lucilius is Actually Broken in Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising

Lucilius Has finally Released as DLC in Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising and He is incredible. Lucilius Might end up becoming one of the Most Broken Characters in GBVSR due to his extremely powerful tools. Lucilius has access to some pretty crazy tools such as a Plus on Block Teleport, a Fireball that is insane for both crushing other projectiles in the game as well as setting up for Oki. Not only does he have some amazing tools but Lucilius also has some really good damage, and really stylish combos to boot. So in Today's video I will finally be playing as Lucilius and discovering just how powerful Lucilius is. ENJOY!
