Realme Buds 2 Review | Brilliant budget earphones

Reviewing the Realme Buds 2, some of the best wired earphones under £20 as we hit 2020. They're perfect as a second, backup pair of earbuds that you can chuck in a backpack in case of emergencies, especially given the budget price. Of course, you'll need a 3.5mm jack on your device of choice, as there's no Bluetooth support.

The Realme Buds 2 are pretty similar to the original OnePlus bullets in design. Those tangle-free cables work as advertised while that fabric coating beneath the Y-splitter really helps with durability. These earphones are impressively light and comfortable to wear all day, while the remote control built into the cable is handy for media control, answering calls and so on.

Sound quality is also fantastic for that sub-£20 asking price.
You have a bigger bass boost driver vs the original Realme Buds - it's now 11.2mm compared with the original 11mm, wowzers. Overall I was impressed by the range on these things and the power of the lows, which is good for rock, rap and dance music.
