Namaste, Beautiful! Welcome to the next advanced vinyasa sequence of our next full advanced yoga class. I gave you a little sneak peak in a short I posted almost a month ago now, when my body first wrote the sequence, in which I asked if anyone would take classes with such a sequence. Since some of you said yes, I have been working all month to make the full class a reality!

At this point, I have posted what will be beginning / warm up in the full final class (but I posted it as a full class as well):

As well as the first advanced sequence:
Using Momentum and Conquering Fear -    • Using Momentum and Conquering Fear | ...  

I recommend doing Goldilocks to warm up, and in this class I will continue to prepare us from there, before we go into the peak sequence. Or you could do Goldilocks and Using Momentum Conquering Fear and start this at the chapter marked "moving into the new sequence"

Some of the familiar poses we'll move through include: Side Angle with bind, Half Moon with bind, Bird of Paradise, Shiva Pose, Compass Pose, Half Lotus, Foot Behind Head, Pincha (Forearm Stand), Scorpion, Wheel. We'll also move through some of my own variations and transitions that my body found when I first did this practice.
