How to Turbo a Fusion

Manifold- any manifold for a Speed3/6 will work.

Turbo- stock turbo spools very fast. The t3/t4 is much cheaper. Using the Mazda flange there are plenty of options but are pricey. There are also many garret options available for stock flange.

Turbo Oil Feed- 1/8” npt to 4an.

Oil sandwich plate- this is if you don’t want an oil cooler.

Banjo Bolt- 4an will keep the pressure up so turbo isn’t dry.

Oil drain- it is 38mm flange. If you want 10an use an adaptor.

Catch can- any catch can you want will work, keep the pcv valves in place if you do go to a catch can.

PCV plate- you can use the stock plate just fine

Intercooler- you can go bigger but you will have to do some trimming.

Intake pipe- the bottom line is for the recirculating bpv, you can put a cap on it.

Maf housing- you will need a custom intake setup for this. You can try any size 2.5”-3”-3.5”-4”. Dont go less than 2.5”

Exhaust- use the speed6 downpipe not the speed3.
