Rotax 582 | Removing the Oil Injection

Описание к видео Rotax 582 | Removing the Oil Injection

For reasons that I explain in the video, I decided to pull the oil injection system off the engine on my plane. It was simply an inconvenient convenience. I'm switching back to running Amsoil Saber mixed at 80:1 which is how I ran the 503 before I swapped it out for the 582. When we pulled the 503 apart, the crank was well lubricated and showed no signs of oil starvation. Some guys run it as lean at 100:1 but I'm simply not that brave. ;-)
