Helmed by a husband and wife team, Hudson Valley Malt utilizes traditional floor malting techniques, transforming raw grain into a thoughtfully produced base worthy of craft brewing. This heritage and malthouse craftsmanship seamlessly pairs with our intentions for this IPA.

Like hops, malted barley conveys significant terroir unique to each region and processing philosophy. We hope you enjoy the journey of this series as much as we do. (6.5%)
