Grinded garam masala: (For Whole Biryani)
👇
Cloves 6-7
Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 3 inches
Cardamom - 6
Coriander seeds - 3 tbsp
Stone flower - 3 tbsp
Star Anise - 1
Mace - 1 1/2 flower
Black pepper - 1 tbsp
Kapok bud - 1 (Medium size)
Black cardamom - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Grind into fine powder above spices..

Mutton – 500gms(Each piece 40gms)
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Mix Well
Water – 500ml
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cook in pressure cooker and give 6 whistles
(Note: Don’t throw mutton stock
It can be use for Rice for adding flavour)

Basmati Rice – 5 Glasses (1.25kg)
Wash & Soak for 30mins

Chicken – 500gms
Water – 500ml
Salt – 1 tsp
Give 3 whistles
(Note: Don’t throw chicken stock
It can be use for Rice for adding flavour)

Marination of prawns:
👇
Cleaned prawns – 500gms
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

Onions – 5 medium size (500gms) (Chop them)

Green chillies – 8

How to make Prawns fry:
👇
Oil – 3 tbsp
Onions (30% from the chopped onions)
Chopped green chillies – 2
Marinated prawns (20 MINS MARINATED)
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 15
Cashews – 5
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp

Mutton chicken Prawns Fry Preparation:
Oil – 10 tbsp
Onions (50% From remaining)
Boiled chicken
Boiled mutton
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 ½ tbsp.
Cashews - 12
Red chili powder – 2 ½ tbsp.
Curry leaves – 1 cup
Fried prawns
Grinded masala - half portion
(ANOTHER HALF AFTER 3 MINS)
Leftover grinded masala
Salt (Remember: 3 tsp salt in Chicken, Mutton & Prawns)
Coriander leaves – 1 cup

Preparation of Biryani Rice:
👇
Oil – 4 tbsp
Shahjeera – 1 tbsp
Kapok buds – 3
Black cardamom – 1
Star Anise – 2
Mace - 1 flower
Cinnamon – 1 inch (Make pieces)
Cardamom – 4
Bay leaves – 3
Stone flower – 2 tbsp
Chopped green chillies
Chopped onions
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Mint leaves –half cup
Total water measurement – 9 Glasses
(Note: I got Mixed Non-Veg stock – 6 ½ Glasses
& Rest plain water)
Salt
Fresh lemon juice – 1
30 Mins Soaked Basmati Rice (1.25kg)
Mix Non-Veg with Biryani Rice
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Sprinkle coriander leaves
Sprinkle mint leaves
