Bars at the Bar is a dope, free open mic every Sunday hosted by the hilarious and talented Louis Conphilction. This was my first time incorporating the singing bowls in with my poetry and I am in love! I really enjoyed this opportunity to bring sound healing and story telling into my performance. Thank you to everyone who came out to support me and everyone who hit the stage. S/o to my sis for educating us on breastfeeding! We really have to reeducate ourselves on how to live in harmony with our divine nature and she did an excellent job with that piece!
