This is to help out fellow shamans to afford those expensive consumes for AQ and upcoming Naxx.

The best thing about this farm is if you're short on time, you can do a quick 5 runs in 30-35 minutes and still keep up with the gold (or herbs) you need for raiding! If you break it down per minute played, this farm is extremely efficient, since you can only do 5 runs in ~35 minutes, it comes down to 50g-100g per 5 runs (depending on drops IE lotus/travelers, greens etc), with a high potential of having up to 200g per farming hour. I did a sample run of 30, and ended up with about 700g total, with a total of 3.5 hours of in game time played, which put me right at about 200g per in game hour.

You can do this as a priest, druid, warlock as well with some modifications, but I currently play a Shaman so this guide is primarily for them.
