Just a brief look at the mechanics behind the exotic helmets FALLEN SUNSTAR and CROWN OF TEMPESTS

both are meant to do very similar things
but which does the job better

*spoiler it depends solely on what you like more because the results here come down to seconds*

No well mods equipped
No bomber mods equipped
No other sources besides ionic traces for ability regen

At the end of the day I will stand behind my statement at the end of this that says .. just go for whichever has the better stat role for you..
I mean if you have to decide on saving 5 seconds for grenade and having max resilience.. resilience should win every time.

Ionic Traces give you ability energy no matter what your wearing, at this point with Arc 3.0 creating traces should be thought of as the equivalent of breathing.. its just gonna happen

I truly thought hard about taking all my fragments and aspects off for this test .. but then it wouldn't be fair to Fallen Sunstar
I'm still not sure I made the right call leaving them in the Crown Build but at least it's debatable... right?

just take all the info here with a grain of salt.. lots of variables so there should
be lots of opinions on the validity of my methods here and I wont argue with anyone with an alternative opinion
