Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney discusses whether the presidential debate moderators were biased against Donald Trump.

“This is really disturbing,” Mr Mulvaney told Sky News host James Morrow.

“Keep in mind the history in this country - back in 2016 Donna Brazile, who was a high-ranking member of the Democratic National Committee, leaked some of the questions of a CNN debate to candidate Hilary Clinton.

“There is a history here."
