Potato Lollipop Recipe in Hindi by Cooking with Smita | Evening Snacks

Crispy Potato Lollipop Recipe is an easy to prepare evening snack dish to make at home. Aloo lollipop is a quick and delicious treat for kids. It is also a perfect Party Appetizer / Snack which can be made in a jiffy. These little potato lollipops are kids preferred, and I frequently make them for evening snacks.

Ingredients:
3 medium size Potato (आलू)
1 cup Breadcrumbs (ब्रेडक्रम्ब्स)
1 small size Onion (प्याज)
Fresh Coriander (धनिया)
1 tsp. Garlic Powder (लहसुन चूर्ण)
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
½ Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
3 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour (मैदा)
1 & ½ tsp. Italian Seasoning / Mixed Herbs (इटालियन सिझनिंग)
1 tsp. Chilli Flakes (चिल्ली फ्लेक्स)
Salt to taste (नमक)
Oil for deep fry (तेल)
