In this video, we have shared our experience from Mysore to Ooty road trip via Bandipur National Park.

Within 2days we have covered a few places and here are the details:

1. Government Botanical Garden, Ooty
Spread over an area of 55 acres, the Government Botanical Gardens is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after tourist attractions not just in Ooty but in the entire Tamil Nadu. No tourist will leave Ooty without a visit to the well-organized, well-maintained botanical gardens. It is a famous sightseeing place to visit in Ooty.

Timings: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm (All 7days in a week)
Ticket Details: Adult - 50/-, Child - 30/-

2. Ooty Lake, Ooty
Also known as the Ooty Boat House, Ooty Lake is one of the major attractions of Ooty, the queen of Nilgiris. Spread over a vast area of 65 acres, this lake was first constructed by John Sullivan way back in 1824. Made with the water flowing down from the mountain streams in Ooty, the lake was initially made solely for fishing. However, gradually it became more of a tourist attraction, and when it was taken over by Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation in 1973, the lake was transformed into a tourist park and more attractions were built around it.

Timings: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (All 7days in a week)

3. Government Tea Garden Ooty
Ooty, the Queen of Hills, is one of the most famous hill stations in Tamil Nadu, India. It has got mountains, gardens as well as lakes. And Ooty also has tea estates, acres of it, spread all around the town.

Timings: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (All 7days in a week)
Ticket Details: Adult - 10/-, Child - 10/- (Children above 5 years)
