Nine thousand dollars a year in ten years. You've spent $90000 on this house paying off somebody else's mortgage currently. Pay off your own mortgage. You buy this house. Nothing down, zero. Even I have that much 540 not a month for 30 years fixed. If you're going to be transferring every two years, then you get a variable rate mortgage from five years lock or something like that. But if not, you want a 30 year fixed. Why? Because it's 30 years. It's never going to go up. The payments would always goanna be the same. The taxes might go up a little bit. Insurance might go up a little bit. At least the mortgage won't go up. So why is that important? Well, two things. First of all, you know exactly what to budget. And the second thing is, as inflation goes up, you know, inflation does go up. Right. Remember, one car used to be 10000 $ an ounce, 30000, not 40000.
