[POE 3.20] Vaal Arc Ignite Elementalist - Legion Destroyer

Vaal Arc has some of the most satisfying Legion clears.
League start viable (level as Arma brand + Cremation). 5 divine budget for showcased build.

Very smooth mapper, leveled to 98 easily in the first week.
Boss DPS is mediocre, can get about 3-4m DPS consistently on a boss.
Decent defences: Determination, Grace, Vitality, 72% Spell Block and 79% ele res.
